My name is Katarzyna, I live in Poland and I graduated from the Prana Visions School of Breathwork Trainers and Coaches in Wrocław. I practice conscious breathing, rebirthing, intuitive dance, meditation, and Dr. David Hawkins's release technique. I write fairy tales for adults, which I find therapeutic. That's why I created the Storyteller space (https://gawedziarka.pl/). I am also a certified Yoga Nidra instructor. ✨✨✨ My intention is to create a space that supports growth and healing in others. The beautiful thing about the tool of breath is that the entire work, the entire process, depends on you. You hold the reins of your life and your experience, and I mindfully assist you. The conscious presence and inner state of deconditioning that accompanies assisted breathing has healing power in itself. ✨✨✨ I am a rebirther. I assist clients in individual sessions and I organise group sessions and workshops. I am working with kids and adolescents with conscious breathing methodes. I also organize breathing workshops for seniors.
